Day 14 of the 90 Day Challenge!
Sundays in NYC are beautiful this year, and to make them even more beautiful the first thing I do is get on the scale to see how my challenge is going!
164!! Yay 9 pounds lighter in 14 days!
AND 14 great days… I feel wonderful, love the shakes and how easy this is, and I am getting very creative making them.
This week I tried Almond Milk and Pineapple, tasted so much like a Pina Colada, it is a great summer lunch!

It was a beautiful day in NYC. The first day that felt like spring was really here.
The windows were open, the music was playing and I was in a great mood.

Until I took out my spring clothes.
They all shrunk in storage!
